NA Events Around the World:
The Seattle Area has passed a motion to have every participant at our
sporting events sign and date a Liability Waiver. For those of you that
regularly attend our volleyball events, and/or intend to...or intend on
attending our hiking events...please print this form, sign and date it, and
bring it with you to the next sporting event you attend. Please make sure that
the event coordinator receives this form from you and files it safely
away. For those members of SAASC and/or ad-hoc committees, please print
and make copies of the attached form, and have them available at each sporting
event that you supervise. Please be sure that each participant either has
previously signed/dated the form, or does so prior to event involvement.
